Super helpful, I had bought a walking foot online (elsewhere) that was repeatedly breaking my needles when I was sewing so I contacted the shop to see if they could sell me a better one. He recommended I brought my machine in to check it was on properly before he would sell me another. Once he was certain the one I had was as useful as a chocolate teapot he found a replacement and confirmed it would work appropriately. I really appreciate the effort he took to ensure I wasn’t wasting more money. I just wish I knew about the shop before I bought one online.
