Returns Information

You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods.

If after the 14th day you are not satisfied with your order and we have not passed the 30th day of having the item(s), you can return your item for an exchange or refund as long as the item is in a new condition and can be resold as a new item. it must be complete with all items any missing items will be taken into account/consideration when/refunding.

Alternatively, write to or email me including the same information. If you write on hard copy (paper) you must sign in pen.

Refunds in respect of returned goods and the cost of my standard delivery when applicable to you will be within 14 days of receiving the goods back. I will make this refund by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Please fill out the contact us form.

Cut-to-length items cannot be returned for a refund unless we have made a mistake.

Goods must be returned unused and in saleable condition suitably packaged with the original packing.

If you have handled the goods more than was necessary to decide if they were suitable, you may be liable to me for compensation up to the purchase price.

You will be responsible for the safety and costs of returning the goods to me and may wish to insure expensive items.

Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be considered where the manufacturer’s seal has been broken or the packaging of any “software”, medium carrying computer files, memory cards or sticks, disks, Compact Disks (CDs) Digital Versatile Disks (DVDs) or diskettes, has been opened or interfered with.

Payment fees on refunds will not be able to refunds in a change of mind sale. this will be deducted from the refund at the time.
