- Check through all of your notes and issues.

We aim to have your sewing machine with you in the fastest time possible. If you need it urgently or faster than the estimated time, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate this. We can now offer you a 24-48-hour turnaround on your sewing machine service for an extra cost (see below)

Brother Certified Service Centre
We are a Brother-Certified Service Centre offering professional servicing and repairs for Brother PR/VR embroidery machines across Nottingham, the East Midlands, and the wider UK. Our experienced technicians specialise in maintaining and repairing the full Brother PR/VR range, ensuring your machine continues to perform to manufacturer standards.
For added convenience, we provide a home collection and delivery service, collecting your machine directly from your address and returning it once servicing or repairs are complete (collection and delivery charges apply). We aim for a fast turnaround of approximately one week, helping minimise downtime so you can get back to embroidery quickly and with confidence.

We only use genuine Brother parts and lubricants and we aim to turn your machine around within 7 days of collection.
How Our Process Works
Our process includes a FREE diagnostic and report on your machine and no work will be carried out without your approval.
We also provide:
- Personalised support and advice for future maintenance to reduce problems and costs in the future.
- 3-month warranty on all work undertaken on domestic-use machines.
- Competitive pricing for all repairs.
- We can collect, service/repair and redeliver (mainland UK only) if you are unable to call in.
- Local collection and delivery is available for £10 per trip

Super helpful, I had bought a walking foot online (elsewhere) that was repeatedly breaking my needles when I was sewing so I contacted the shop to see if they could sell me a better one. He recommended I brought my machine in to check it was on properly before he would sell me another. Once he was certain the one I had was as useful as a chocolate teapot he found a replacement and confirmed it would work appropriately.
