Collecting your new Sewing Machine or Haberdashery order couldn’t be easier with the new Click & Collect option from Sewing Direct at our Sally Twinkle Store in Mansfield, NG18 1NQ or the Beeston Shop, NG9 2LL.
Just place your order and select Click and Collect at checkout.
At Sewing Direct we offer free click & collect on all orders. We will try our best to prepare an order for collection within 12 hours of your order being placed. If this is not possible, you will be notified with an explanation and a new time frame for collection.
Some of our sewing machines are not stocked in our shop, so may not be available for next-day delivery. If this is the case you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection from our Mansfield store, this could take 5-7 days to complete.
When ordering Click & Collect please check our store opening times to ensure no disappointment when coming in to collect your order.
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (Beeston shop closes at 3pm on Wednesdays)

Click & Collect orders can be cancelled before collection unless it is a cut to order purchasing where we cannot accept any cancellations. Refunds can take 5-10 days to be processed and are returned to your bank account.
Currently, we only offer Click & Collect from our Beeston & Mansfield store, but we have a range of delivery options available to those living elsewhere who would still like to purchase our products.
You can add multiple items to your Click & Collect order, however, we may not have everything in stock at our store. In this case, your order may not be available for next-day Click & Collect while we wait for the stock to arrive in the store. You will receive a collection confirmation email when your full order is available to collect in-store. We will notify you of any delay/out of stock items.
Yes, someone else can collect your order for you. You will need to let the staff at our store know that someone else will be collecting your order, and they will need to bring both the Order Confirmation and a valid form of ID with them when they come to collect.
