Sewing Direct +5 Year Extended Warranty
To ensure you get the most out of your new sewing machine, our manufacturer’s warranty is automatically extended by 5 years when you buy from Sewing Direct.
This extended warranty falls under the same conditions laid out in the original manufacturer’s warranty – giving you added protection and peace of mind about the longevity of your new machine.
In order to qualify for the extended warranty, your machine must be:
- In its original packaging or dropped off in person at the Sewing Direct store in Nottingham (a collection service can be arranged)
- Your machine must be serviced/maintained from year 1 by us at Sewing Direct or our Mansfield shop Sally Twinkle. We can arrange the collection and delivery of your machine before and after its service.

- You must register your machine within 30 days of ordering by filling in the below form:

- Singer – 2 Years
- Pfaff Sewing Machines – 5 Years – (2 years parts & labour 3 years parts) – Excludes 140s & 160s
- Pfaff 140s and 160s Smarter – 2 Years
- Pfaff Overlockers – 2 Years
- Bernette – 2 Years
- Silver Viscount – 2 Years
- Jaguar Overlockers – 1 Year
- Juki Sewing Machine – 2 Years
Machines not listed above sadly cannot be included in the extended warranty
