We have thought long and hard about this and the experience we want to offer you.
I’m sure you have looked around the Internet to find the cheapest sewing machine - which is beautiful, and you are more than welcome to do so.
However, let me ask you a question. What will you do when your lovely new sewing machine has a problem? That's easy, you will pick up the phone and speak to the company you bought it from, and you hope that the person who is on the other end of the phone cares about you and your machine.
Well, this is where we at SewingDirect - The Sewing and Knitting Centre - stand out, this is why we are part of the Top 1%. We will do our best to fix your sewing machine on the phone, so you don't lose time. We work very closely with the manufacturers so if we cannot fix this issue we will find the answer.
In the rare cases where this does not work, we will arrange for the sewing machine to be collected (which is why must keep all the original packaging) and fixed.
If this does not work, then don't worry and don't get upset, we will get this machine collected and re-looked at, for free.

The Voucher entitles you the buyer to a fully comprehensive service of your sewing machine which was purchased at the time of voucher-issue at a discounted price of £40.00 payable at time of booking. This includes collection and delivery and service costs only. see below what mot included
The service voucher is valid until the date displayed, this means we must have received the machine before the voucher has run out.
What's not covered? Very little. Naturally with this extended cover excludes will full damage, misuse, repairs caused by overuse or repairs made necessary by commercial use. Also "consumable items" such as belts, bulbs, bobbin cases and needles as stated in the manufacturers guarantee document.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE
YOU MUST RETAIN ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IF YOU WISH FOR YOUR MACHINE TO BE COLLECTED BY US. THIS INCLUDES ALL INTERNAL POLYSTYRENE.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused in transit if the machine is not in its original packaging. We will not be able to arrange collection/delivery if you do not retain packaging. Your machines must be serviced within the dates of purchases; if these dates do not adhere to this will void your warranty.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights and will apply only to machines purchased for use in the UK mainland.
All machines must be used for normal domestic purposes. The warranty does not cover consumable items such as: needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, bulbs, belts, non-metal parts, loopers, blades, timing adjustments, etc. as stated in the manufacturer’s warranty.
