I am not very impressed! It is quite well made and looks great, but when opened, the walking foot and accessories fall out every where as they are in the lid and the pad that should hold them in place just does not do the job. There is nowhere for a second needle plate or for the magnifying lenses. It seemed like a really good idea and I asked for this for my birthday and wonder if I should have chosen to have a replacement for my damaged accessory box instead!

Sadly I can only agree totally with the previous review. I was eagerly waiting for this, a Christmas present and am very disappointed. The outside case is well made but the internal precut sections for feet etc do not hold them securely. I would be quite apprehensive about opening the case and expensive attachments slipping out unseen at a class. I understand that this is supposed to be an updated , improved version but I am very disappointed. For such an expensive piece of equipment it underperforms.
It would help to have a clear guide to help place all the parts. The photograph is very small and as the cut outs appear to be universal I can only guess at the best/safest placement. Your company we’re helpful and efficient over the order but Bernina needs to up their game on this one! Great idea- badly executed.
