Singer Side Cutter Foot
The Side Cutter Attachment trims fabric while you sew a seam. To simulate a overlocked stitch on a sewing machine, nothing comes closer than the side cutter foot. Easily sew an over-casting stitch to lock thread around the edge of fabric, perfectly aligned with the edge.
Fits low shank machines (All current Singer models supported excluding dual feed machines.)
At this time I am unable to afford an over locker,but for some of the things I am making, I needed a neater ,less bulky finish for the seams.
The singer side cutter foot was easy to fit to the machine and I am getting used to it on practice pieces.
Pleased with the neat finish.
