Please note that when you place an order for vinyl on pre-order, it won't be shipped immediately. The turnaround time for pre-orders, from the closing of the round to shipping, typically takes about 4-6 weeks. At Sewing Direct, we always aim for a quicker turnaround however, it's important to note that these estimated timeframes are not set in stone and may be subject to change due to various factors - manufacturing processes, production delays, public holidays, and potential postal or dock strikes in the UK.

Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of pre-orders, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.  This is because vinyl is ordered based on demand.

While we make every effort to ensure that our photos provide a true representation of the product, it is not always possible to capture the exact colour which means that products may vary slightly.

General information

If you have a specific delivery deadline in mind, it is advisable not to place a pre-order as unforeseen delays that are beyond our control can happen. Where possible, please keep pre-orders and general orders separate however, should you decide to order other items along with a pre-order, please be aware that we will hold your entire order until the pre-ordered item is available for shipment.
